About the Role
The Home Health Aide plays a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility assistance including transferring and repositioning clients to prevent bedsores and promote circulation.
  • Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare supervisors promptly.
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed therapeutic exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
