JOB SUMMARY:


Responsible for all maintenance sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Present and sell company maintenance plans and services to current and potential clients through cold calls and in person visits.
?
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
?
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
?
Identify maintenance sales prospects and contact other accounts as assigned.
?
Prepare presentations, proposals and maintenance contracts.
?
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
?
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
?
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.

Create estimates for preventative maintenance programs
o
Create proposals for preventative maintenance programs
?
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
?
Identify and resolve client concerns.
?
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
?
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
?
Coordinate and communicate with the service department to meet customer expectations.
?
Maintain Continued Education in HVAC and Electrical Industry.
?
Regular attendance and timeliness.
?
Other duties as assigned.



Requirements:

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
?
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
?
Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
?
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
?
Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver license.
?
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
?
Have an understanding of HVAC and Electrical theory and practical application.
