Today, Piedmont Plastics is currently hiring a Demand Generation Specialist.

What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for a data-driven marketing professional who is passionate about generating demand, optimizing campaign performance, and turning insights into action.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment while working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive business growth.
  • Leverage analytics and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
  • Have experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and paid media campaigns.
  • Bring a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, testing, and innovation.

 In this position, you will be required to:

Marketing Automation and Campaign Execution

  • Build, manage, and maintain marketing automation campaign workflows within the Company's marketing automation platform
  • Develop email campaign builds including segmentation, scheduling, and delivery in alignment with demand generation strategy set by the Digital Platforms and Analytics Manager (DPAM).
  • Ensure all campaign automation workflows are properly configured, tested, and functioning prior to launch

Campaign Performance Metrics

  • Track and reports on campaign performance metrics including impressions, clicks, cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Build and maintains campaign performance dashboards for regular review by the Marketing management
  • Provide consistent performance summaries that enable data-driven decision-making

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization

  • Execute lead generation tactics across digital channels to drive a consistent flow of qualified prospects into the marketing pipeline
  • Optimize lead capture mechanisms including forms, landing page calls-to-action, offers, and conversion points
  • Monitor lead quality against defined Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) criteria and flags issues to the DPAM.

CRM and Lead Management

  • Manage lead routing within the customer relationship management (CRM) platform, ensuring all marketing-generated leads are accurately captured and routed to the appropriate sales contacts
  • Maintain lead data quality by enforcing field mapping standards, identifying and resolving duplicate records, and following data entry protocols established by management
  • Support the execution of lead scoring workflows and handoff processes as defined by management

Paid Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms
  • Monitor paid media budget pacing to ensure spend remains on track within budgets set by management
  • Manage platform settings, targeting parameters, audience lists, and bid strategies in support of campaign objectives
  • Identify and communicate optimization opportunities based on platform performance data

Testing and Continuous Improvement

  • Design and execute A/B tests on ads, emails, landing pages, and other campaign elements as directed by management
  • Compile and present test results with findings and actionable recommendations
  • Maintain a testing log to track experiments, outcomes, and applied learnings over time

 To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or a minimum of six to eight years of relevant experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a closely related role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and at least one major social platform (LinkedIn or equivalent)
  • Experience working within a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and lead management processes (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 or equivalent web analytics tools
  • Familiarity with ABM tactics and platforms
