Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate engineer to join the SPR Engineering Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to perform various level engineering activities for planning, research, study, design, construction, modification and maintenance, operation, and optimization of wastewater treatment facilities or entry-level engineering activities for SPR’s Engineering Division.

QUALIFICATIONSEngineer IEducation, License, Certification, and Work Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, chemical, or environmental engineering.Â
- No minimum experience.
- Engineer Intern (EI) certification or ability to acquire within six (6) months of start date.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, practices, methods and standards.
- Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment.
Computer skills required to work with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Bluebeam Revu, artificial intelligence tools, and hydraulic modeling software.
Ability to conduct field work including, piloting, sampling, construction inspection, and other duties as assigned.
Good verbal and written communication skills to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external project stakeholders and colleagues, support meeting participation, and prepare emails, presentations, and technical memoranda.
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, chemical, or environmental engineering.
- Three (3) years of minimum engineering experience.
- Engineer Intern (EI) certification.
- Intermediate knowledge of engineering principles, practices, methods, and standards.
- Intermediate knowledge of wastewater treatment.
- Computer skills required to work with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Bluebeam Revu, artificial intelligence tools, and hydraulic modeling software.
- Ability to conduct field work including, piloting, sampling, construction inspection, and other duties as assigned.

- Valid Colorado driver's license and a clear or acceptable MVR.
