At Qnity, our Early Career LEAP Rotational Program is designed to develop the next generation of supply chain leaders through meaningful experiences across planning, procurement, logistics, operations, digital supply chain, and business transformation. We are seeking curious, agile, and collaborative professionals who are eager to solve complex business challenges, leverage data-driven insights, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain networks.

Through structured rotational assignments, participants gain broad business exposure, functional expertise, leadership development, and mentorship while building a strong foundation for long-term career success at Qnity. Participants will have opportunities to contribute to initiatives involving supply chain optimization, digital supply chain enablement, business process improvement, procurement excellence, logistics strategy, planning effectiveness, inventory management, and operational performance.

As a participant in the Early Career LEAP Rotational Program, you will work on projects focused on improving supply chain efficiency, optimizing material flow, enhancing procurement and sourcing processes, improving service levels, strengthening demand and supply planning, and supporting business growth through analytics, digital tools, and continuous improvement.

Program Structure

This Early Career LEAP Rotational Program consists of a minimum of 3 assignments, each approximately 18 months in duration,providing broad exposure across multiple supply chain functions, businesses, and locations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, Logistics, Procurement, or a related discipline at the time of employment.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

  • Minimum of six months of relevant paid internship, co-op, or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, analytics, manufacturing, or related fields.

  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Program Expectations

  • 100% geographic flexibility to support developmental opportunities across program locations.

  • Willingness to relocate as business and development needs require.

  • Commitment to completing a structured Early Career LEAP Rotational Program consisting of a minimum of 3 assignments, each approximately 18 months in duration.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional business environments while partnering with stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, planning, commercial, and digital teams.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, leverage digital tools, and drive sustainable business improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.

  • Strong initiative, adaptability, learning agility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience using data analytics, business intelligence, digital supply chain tools, or supply chain systems.

  • Exposure to ERP, planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, visualization, or workflow automation processes.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision making.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or willingness to obtain certification during the program.

  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
