3-Month Contract (Potential for Hybrid Schedule)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Contract Data Analyst to support a busy procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, documents, and systems while gaining valuable experience in procurement and contract management.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and organize contract information and documents
  • Review data for accuracy and ensure quality standards are met
  • Track contract status, renewals, and compliance
  • Create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Support process improvements and help streamline workflows
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with data, documents, and multiple computer systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data management, supply chain, procurement, or business support is a plus
