Position OverviewWe’re hiring a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a professional, team-oriented environment. No prior industry experience is required.


What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in person and over the phone

• Answer questions and provide helpful information about our product

• Resolve basic customer concerns and ensure a positive experience

• Keep records of customer interactions

• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 or older

• Able to start immediately

• Reliable transportation to our Grand Rapids location
