Your Impact

This part-time, onsite Rover role exists to keep our cultivation environment clean, safe, and ready for consistent output—work that directly protects product quality and patient trust. You’ll rotate where needed across cultivation and post-production, building hands-on experience while supporting a high-performance team.
Key responsibilities:
- Support bucking, trimming, garden defoliation, and general cleaning as assigned
- Complete weekly deep cleans of flower rooms: remove debris, then sanitize thoroughly
- Assist post-production each Monday and help cover side tasks across departments
Required skills/qualifications:
- Physical stamina; able to bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
- Comfortable using ladders for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail for cleaning/sanitizing
- Positive communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn cultivation basics

How Your Day Flows

You’ll clock in onsite at our Warren facility and get a clear plan for where you’re needed most that day.
