The Role
TheCustomer Success Analystis a high-impact, customer-facing team member dedicated to ensuring our clients' end-users confidently adopt and realize maximum value from our Vision AI solutions.
This role directly bridges the gap between usage data and user behavior. By combining hands-on data analysis withdirect client engagement, you will proactively guide users through onboarding, deliver engaging enablement training, and run targeted outreach campaigns to turn struggling users into product champions.
What you'll do
Direct Client Enablement & Training

  • Lead interactive training sessions, workshops, and live webinars to onboard and upskill client end-users.
  • Conduct direct adoption check-ins with key client user groups to gather qualitative feedback and address usage blockers.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing specialist for functional product questions, best practices, and daily workflow optimization.
Proactive Adoption Campaigns
  • Identify low-engagement user segments through data andexecute direct outreach campaigns(emails, virtual drop-ins) to re-engage them.
  • Create, host, and distribute localized educational content, video walkthroughs, and "how-to" quick guides directly to client teams.
  • Partner with client-side champions to establish internal peer-enablement programs.
CSM Collaboration & QBRs
  • Co-present adoption insights and usage trendsalongside Customer Success Managers during client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Act as the customer's advocate internally, translating direct end-user feedback into structured feature requests for our Product and Engineering teams.
Data-Driven Insights
  • Monitor user engagement KPIs and build easily digestible usage dashboards.
  • Translate complex system analytics into clear, value-focused stories that show clients exactly how much efficiency they are gaining.
Collaborating with
Everseen's customers and end users. Working across Product and Engineering teams. Working with our Operations (customer delivery) and Sales to ensure complete roll out.
Profile and Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Retail Management or Training and Enablement role.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills-highly comfortable commanding a room and explaining technical concepts simply to non-technical users.
  • High proficiency in organizing and interpreting usage metrics using tools like Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for drafting clear, friendly, and structured user guides.
  • A proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel is essential for this role. There could be up to 50% travel to customer sites.
  • Experience working in aSaaS, Vision AI, or retail technologyenvironment is preferred
  • Prior experience developing insights and best practice recommendations from raw data and trend analysis is advantageous.
