CAP Productions is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position perfect for those who are looking to kick start their career in customer service. 

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of CAP Productions by ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining the professional integrity of our service standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment. A contribution to our team means you'll be aiding our efforts to enhance experiences, provide solutions, and drive our company’s success in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer and efficiently manage all customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers to assist them with their needs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistencies in service and collective improvement on customer feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge for better service delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting.
Requirements
