Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes, present coverage solutions, and close sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their insurance needs and recommending personalized coverage options
  • Follow up with leads, referrals, and current customers to generate new business, grow the agency, and build your book of business
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, renewals, and coverage updates
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals and deliver a positive client experience

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred
  • Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and technology tools
