Licensed Health Plan Advisor Trainee (Remote)
Bloom, the insurance industry's trusted growth partner, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Licensed Health Plan Advisor to educate, qualify and enroll prospects into health plans using Bloom quality and compliance guidelines.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:
  • Help individuals select the right health insurance plan that fits their needs by applying working knowledge of product plans and general Medicare information.
  • Meet monthly sales goals including quality and conversion goals.
  • Assist callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell health insurance plans with Bloom's sales techniques.
  • Place outbound calls for member outreach.
  • Provide accurate information to prospects using Bloom's quality and compliance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects and plan members over the phone, and in-person with co-workers and management personnel.
  • Assist callers requesting information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior sales or customer service skills preferred
  • Meet all requirements to obtain and maintain licensed agent status; Bloom will provide all necessary training and pay for any associated fees to obtain required health insurance licenses as well as license renewal fees while you are employed at Bloom

  • A solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the software development process
