Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation department. This is a great entry-level healthcare opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands-on experience in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with preparing therapy areas and equipment for daily treatment sessions
  • Escort residents to and from scheduled therapy appointments
  • Keep the rehabilitation gym clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Clean and sanitize therapy equipment according to facility guidelines
  • Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
  • Assist with general department tasks to help daily operations run smoothly
  • Help maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for residents
