What is an Independent Contractor Customer Service job?

An Independent Contractor Customer Service job involves providing customer support services as a self-employed individual rather than as a traditional employee. Independent contractors typically handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with orders on behalf of a company while maintaining control over their schedules and work environments.
