Title - Field Service Scheduler / Administrator - Field Service (Entry Level)
Location- Indianapolis IN 46268
Assignment till: 01/20/2027

Shift- 1st shift - Monday - Friday 10 am - 7 pm
Pay Rate - $27.23/hr. on W2
We are currently seeking a Field Service Coordinator who will be responsible for driving efficiency and productivity within the field service organization while delivering a positive customer experience.
This position is part of the Field Service Coordination department located in Indianapolis, IN and will be Onsite.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Planning and scheduling field service resources for Installations, Preventative Maintenance, and Field Modifications while balancing the urgent needs of a complex customer base.
Driving customer satisfaction through the use of effective communication skills and following through on expectations.
Managing the strategic scheduling and efficiency of Field Service resources while balancing priorities.
The required qualifications for the job include:
High School Degree or equivalent
2+ years of Customer service and/or service coordination/dispatching or case management experience
Knowledge of standard Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office)
It would be a plus if you had previous experience in:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics routing
Knowledge of Oracle/Service Max or similar SMS is desired
