The Outside Sales Representative - Geo Stormwater is an entrylevel to earlycareer sales role designed to develop future sales professionals through structured onboarding, handson field experience, and formal training. This role supports the Geo Stormwater sales team by learning core sales processes, product applications, and market strategies while gradually building independent sales responsibility.

This position is ideal for recent college graduates or individuals early in their career who are seeking a longterm sales career with growth potential in infrastructure and stormwater solutions.

This is a field-based sales role supporting customers in Wisconsin. The desired candidate may live anywhere in the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support outside sales activity within an assigned territory, including customer visits, project tracking, and opportunity development

  • Learn and apply Geo Stormwater product knowledge across stormwater, geosynthetics, and specialty applications

  • Assist with identifying project opportunities through:

  • ConstructConnect searches

  • DOT lettings review

  • Contractor vetting and market research

  • Project backup identification (PBI)

  • Participate in territory planning and market presence strategies

  • Use CRM and estimating tools to support sales execution and pipeline management

  • Build foundational relationships with contractors, engineers, and internal partners

  • Progressively assume increased responsibility as training milestones are completed
