As Team Leader Construction Management, you'll lead talented construction professionals and contractor partners responsible for safely delivering critical transmission infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll lead Construction Managers and external construction resources supporting transmission line and substation capital projects. You'll provide strategic direction and balance safety, quality, schedule, budget, contractor performance, and workforce development while driving execution excellence.
Working closely with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Safety, Environmental, and Real Estate teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring critical infrastructure is delivered safely, efficiently, and with the highest standards of quality.

Partner with internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in utility, energy, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction environments
Experience leading teams responsible for construction project execution
Demonstrated success managing contractors and delivering complex capital projects
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Utility transmission and/or substation construction experience
Experience leading large-scale infrastructure portfolios
Strong understanding of contractor management and construction governance practices

The targeted base pay for this position is $159,600 to $186,200 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.

*The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
