Insurance Support Specialist - Part Time
At First Bank Texas, our Insurance Support Specialist helps keep Loan Operations running smoothly by making sure insurance records are accurate, organized, and easy to access when they're needed.
Job Summary:
The Insurance Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining an efficient and organized filing system to ensure quick and accurate retrieval of insurance documents. This role involves sorting, filing, and indexing various records, such as correspondence, invoices, reports, and other insurance-related documents. The Insurance Support Specialist may also be tasked with retrieving documents upon request and other clerical duties as assigned by the Loan Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Works closely with SUI.
• Works on various SUI Reports daily.
• Ensure that files are stored securely, and confidential information is protected.
• Manages data entry and documentation.
• Provide support to other administrative staff members as required.
• Back-Up Escrow and Insurance, Disburse funds to pay Insurance Premiums, and Property Taxes.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an insurance clerical or administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent organizational skills and diligence.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
