JobDescription

With Custom Home Medic, you will support and assist Senior Designers in all aspects of developing and managingresidential and light commercialprojects across the Carmel area. This opportunity will expose you to all facets of Interior Design including:

  • AutoCAD andChief Architect Detailing
  • Assist with Space Planning, Shop Drawings and Architectural Detailing
  • Assist with Lighting, Fabric and Furniture selections
  • Assist with Installation of Projects all over the city of Indianapolis.
  • Analyzing blue prints
  • Perform field surveys and measurements for designs
  • Contact prospective clients
  • Preparing accurate labor and material takeoff quantities, including bid documents and proposals in compliance with project specifications
  • Monitoring past bid results to maximize contracts obtained
  • Reviewing contracts for compliance with proposals
  • Work closely with other estimators, field superintendents and installation managers to insure contract profitability

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Interior Design
  • Auto CAD, MicroSoft Office,Chief Architect
  • Entry Level or above
  • Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Details.
