We're looking for a dedicated and values-drivenTeam Leaderwho embodies Chick-fil-A's culture of service and leadership. This role requires someone with a servant's heart-someone who thrives on helping others succeed, leads with integrity, and approaches every task with energy and purpose.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in supporting senior leadership with daily operations, ensuring team accountability, and maintaining our standards of operational excellence and guest experience.

Your primary focus will be twofold: ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations, and coaching and developing team members to grow personally and professionally. You'll set the example through your actions-leading with care, enthusiasm, and excellence so others are inspired to follow.

Team Leader: Core Responsibilities

Coaches: CFA Standards and Culture

  • Coaches brand standards
  • Coaches food safety and quality standards
  • Coaches positional excellence expectations
  • Coaches and oversees restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • Coaches Team Members on training standards

Creates: Game Plan and Area Environment

  • Creates consistency in daily operations, i.e., positive atmosphere, unified teamwork, organized environment, and fast and friendly service
  • Creates area action plan
  • Creates communication clarity
  • Consults area lineups for DT, FOH, and/or Kitchen

Solves: Area Problems

  • Assesses area's business results
  • Assesses cash management flow and accountability
  • Assesses POS data and results
  • Solves operational hindrances to guest experience

Team Leader: Key Qualifications and Requirements

  • Ability to succeed in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
  • Strong commitment to superior customer service
  • Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
  • Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant assistant manager and/or restaurant manager is preferred but not required
