About the Opportunity

MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of an industry-leading firm in the Wichita area looking for an ambitious Entry Level Account Manager to join their growing team. Because our partner firm believes in developing talent organically, we provide an intensive, structured training curriculum from day oneโ€”meaning absolutely no prior corporate sales or account management experience is required to apply.

  • Connect directly with business owners and key decision-makers through professional, in-person consultations.
  • Build, cultivate, and manage long-term corporate client relationships throughout the Wichita metro area.
  • Manage a structured calendar of face-to-face appointments and track your daily pipeline.
  • Guide clients through available service programs and strategic solutions using a consultative approach.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous support.
  • Participate daily in professional development workshops, direct mentorship, and leadership coaching clinics.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) is required.
  • Natural ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional interpersonal relationships.
  • A coachable, high-energy mindset with the discipline to manage a daily schedule with high autonomy.
  • Strong professional presence, a solid work ethic, and a desire to advance into leadership roles.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential for local travel to business sites.
  • Capacity to complete the necessary state professional licensing process (with complete firm backing and study guidance provided).

Compensation:Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses | Target first-year earnings $45,000 - $90,000+, depending on performance.
