Description:
The Entry-Level Cloud Engineer will support the State of Michigan's cloud architecture and engineering teams in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions across public, private, and hybrid environments. This role is ideal for early career technologists who have foundational cloud knowledge and are eager to grow into a full cloud engineering or cloud architecture role.
The engineer will assist senior architects in understanding business objectives, developing solution concepts, performing proof of concepts, and implementing cloud technologies that improve delivery, automation, and operational efficiency
Required experience:
Cloud Delivery Analyst / Business Analyst - 1-3 years
Knowledge of concepts of designing and developing dynamic Cloud solutions in Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services and moving parts involved in continuous integration and delivery - 1-3 years
Solid understanding and skill with DevOps, web services and application programming interfaces (APIs) - Solid understanding and skill with DevOps, web services and application programming interfaces (APIs) - 1-3 years
