Entry level cardiovascular technologists often find the transition from classroom learning to hands-on clinical practice challenging, especially when adapting to the fast-paced environment of a hospital or diagnostic lab. Managing multiple patients, learning to operate advanced imaging equipment efficiently, and collaborating with cardiologists and nurses under time pressure are common hurdles.
