About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Business Development & Partnerships Representative to help expand our client relationships and grow new business opportunities throughout the local market. This is not a role where you will sit behind a desk making hundreds of cold calls. This position is about getting out into the community, networking, meeting decision-makers, learning about their needs, and helping them discover creative ways we can support their brand, marketing, print, fulfillment, and promotional goals. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, organized, and excited to be part of a growing company where relationships, follow-through, and culture are key.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with local businesses, agencies, schools, nonprofits, and corporate organizations.
  • Prospect new clients through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and in-person visits.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with potential clients and business partners.
  • Attend meetings and help identify opportunities for print, promotional products, packaging, apparel, signage, fulfillment, and custom marketing projects.
  • Develop referral and partnership opportunities within the local business community.
  • Maintain and manage a sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create thoughtful solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Represent at networking events, trade shows, and community events.
  • Act as a positive, professional representative of the brand.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable initiating conversations.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in building relationships.
  • Organized with strong follow-up habits.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, marketing, print, promotional products, or a related field is a plus.
  • Comfortable working both in the office and out in the field meeting with clients.
  • Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally.
  • Ability to come into the Santa Ana office for team meetings and collaboration.
  • Interest in being part of a close-knit, growing company with a strong team culture.
Compensation

$65,000 base salary. Bonus structure to be determined. Growth opportunities within a growing company.
