Job description

About Sygaldry
Sygaldry Technologies is building quantum-accelerated AI servers to exponentially speed up training and inference for AI. By integrating quantum and AI, we're accelerating the path to superintelligence, and addressing the problem of rising compute costs and energy bottlenecks. Sygaldry AI servers combine multiple qubit types within a single, fault-tolerant architecture to deliver the combination of cost, scale, and speed necessary for advanced AI applications. We pioneer new domains in physics, engineering, and AI, tackling the hardest challenges with a grounded, optimistic, and rigorous culture. We're looking for individuals ready to define the intersection of quantum and AI and drive its profound global impact.
The Role
Sygaldry is seeking an exceptional Business Development and Partnerships leader. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic growth opportunities that expand Sygaldry's market presence and establish foundational customer and partner relationships that will underpin commercial adoption of our quantum-accelerated AI servers.
The successful candidate will cultivate and deepen relationships with prospective anchor customers and partners. Working closely with leadership and technical teams, this individual will lead complex engagements from initial contact through structured commitment deal execution.
What You'll Work On
  • Manage strategic accounts, driving the relationship and commercial trajectory over time and expand engagement as the partnership matures.
  • Build trusted relationships with technical and business leaders, serving as a credible counterpart to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify leads, conduct outreach, and secure customer contracts. Structure and negotiate complex, high-value commercial agreements, often where no template exists.
  • Partner closely with technical teams to translate Sygaldry's roadmap and milestones into clear business value for customers, and feed customer needs back into product and engineering
  • Represent Sygaldry at industry conferences and events
You may be a good fit if you have:
  • 10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or related experience within technology industries.
  • A proven track record of generating revenue and closing complex strategic partnerships.
  • Experience engaging senior decision makers, with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Operated as an individual builder in ambiguous environments, creating the processes, systems, and playbooks needed to support growth.
  • Are technically credible with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams in deep-tech/advanced-compute domains, and can translate complex technology into compelling business value.
  • Thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building from first principles, and are equally comfortable shaping strategy and executing directly.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced technical or business degree preferred.
How We're Different
At Sygaldry, curiosity and intellectual courage drive our work. We approach ambitious challenges with a grounded, optimistic, and rigorous culture and know that kind people build the strongest teams. We prioritize mission over ego and collaborate openly with a strong sense of shared purpose. We dream big, yet we execute with a love of detail. We're looking for scientists, engineers, and operators to forge new paths with us at the intersection of quantum and AI.
