About RPM Healthcare

You will engage directly with CFOs, CHROs, Benefits Leaders, Total Rewards Executives, and senior leadership teams responsible for healthcare strategy and spend.

This is not a support role. You are expected to create your own pipeline, leverage your existing relationships, build new executive connections, and close business.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage relationships with self-insured employers and key decision-makers
  • Develop partnerships with benefits consultants, brokers, TPAs, and employer coalitions
  • Source your own opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry presence
  • Lead complex sales cycles from first conversation through contract execution
  • Engage CFOs, CHROs, Benefits Leaders, Total Rewards Executives, and CEOs
  • Present financial and clinical value propositions to executive audiences
  • Close high-value employer and channel partner agreements
  • Drive meaningful new revenue growth
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecasting process
  • Represent RPM Healthcare with credibility, confidence, and executive presence
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of business development experience selling healthcare solutions into self-insured employers
  • Existing relationships with Benefits Leaders, CHROs, CFOs, brokers, consultants, or TPAs
  • Proven experience selling solutions that impact healthcare costs, employee health, wellness, population health, care management, digital health, navigation, benefits, or employer healthcare strategies
  • Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing your own business
  • Strong hunter mentality with a bias toward action and accountability
  • Experience navigating long and complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Ability to clearly articulate both ROI and clinical outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
Preferred Experience

  • Population health
  • Care management
  • Remote patient monitoring
  • Employee health and wellness
  • Benefits consulting
  • Healthcare navigation
  • Value-based care
  • Chronic condition management
Compensation

Total Compensation: $300,000+

Base Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 (based on experience, relationships, and track record)

Additional Compensation:

  • Uncapped commissions
  • Performance bonuses
