Job description

What You'll Do

  • Build, maintain, and improve advanced Excel workbooks — formulas, pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, and reporting templates
  • Analyze operational and financial data to spot trends, catch errors, and surface insights that help leadership make decisions
  • Organize and manage workflows, trackers, and project boards in Smartsheet and/or Monday.com
  • Support light accounting tasks in QuickBooks — pulling reports, reconciling data, and keeping records clean and consistent
  • Create clear, accurate reports on a recurring schedule and on request
  • Bring structure to unstructured information — standardize how data is collected, stored, and shared across the team

What We're Looking For

  • Expert-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning; Power Query a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or similar numbers-focused role
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet or Monday.com (or a similar work management platform)
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks — comfortable navigating it, running reports, and understanding basic accounting data
  • Exceptional organizational skills — you naturally create order, follow through, and don't let details slip
  • Strong analytical mindset: you ask why the numbers look the way they do, not just what they are
  • Clear communicator who can explain findings to non-technical teammates
