Job description

Senior Data Analyst / Business Data Analysis (Data Analysis and Data Mapping)
Location: Tampa Bay, Florida (Hyrbid work, 3 days onsite and 2 days Remote).
 
Note: Must be authorised to work for any employer and willing to work on W2. Can't do C2C or 1099.
You will lead business and data analysis activities for a major conversion project.

- Drive end-to-end data analysis and data mapping activities.
- Act as a communication bridge, translating technical concepts for business users and vice versa.
- Collaborate cross-functionally.
- Map and transform incoming data from external firms to the Client format for seamless integration.
- Develop and deliver clear technical documentation, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
- Uphold best practices in SDLC, requirements gathering, change management, and issue tracking.
Must have:
- Proven experience in data analysis and data mapping within large-scale technology projects.
- Expertise in SQL and working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word.
- Flexibility to work occasional non-standard shifts, nights, weekends, or on-call as needed.
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as SSRS and Tableau.
