Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Daytona Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis, possess strong communication skills, and have experience working in an Onshore Offshore Model environment. The role will involve working on various data projects independently, contributing to the development of data models, and utilizing tools such as Power BI for report generation.
Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage data projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support business needs.
  • Create and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Perform data mapping, validation, and cleansing to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, including Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
  • Translate technical requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure team members understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of data warehouses and business intelligence solutions.
  • Generate and maintain reports using Power BI or similar tools.

Requirements:
