Job Duties and Responsibilities

This position in the Command Center Organization within In Home Services focuses on optimizing field efficiency and logistics flows across distribution and manufacturing sites. The role resolves complex operational challenges by analyzing forecasts and planning the forward and reverse supply chain pipeline for equipment. Key objectives include driving cost reduction, ensuring resource capacity alignment, and delivering data-backed operational insights to leadership. Success depends on maintaining strict accuracy, meeting tight timelines, and facilitating clear cross-functional communication.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Analyze large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, and Tableau to deliver actionable operational insights and reduce overall logistics costs
  • Create and maintain advanced forecasting and headcount planning models to ensure accurate budgeting and variance analysis
  • Lead cross-functional alignment meetings with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution partners to establish unified operational plans
  • Develop and monitor performance dashboards that track key performance indicators across multiple regional sites
  • Formulate strategic recommendations for continuous improvement to present directly to field management and executive leadership
  • Leverage predictive analytics and AI tools to automate reporting processes, improve forecasting precision, and scale data operations
