About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who combines strong analytical thinking with business acumen to uncover insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can partner effectively with stakeholders, define analytical requirements, and translate data into actionable business outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, define KPIs, and translate them into measurable metrics (building data pipelines, KPI creations, and root cause analysis).
  • Generate hypotheses, analyze data to validate or refute them, and deliver insights that inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track performance and trends.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Use Python (or similar scripting tools) for deeper analysis, automation, and model development.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business and technical teams in a clear, compelling way.
Qualifications & Skills
Must Have:
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of linking analytics to tangible business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, including hypothesis-driven analysis.
