Responsibilities
  • Under close supervision, provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support for one or more departments of administrative units. May support multiple managers and/or professional staff. Assignments are generally well-defined and require minimal interpretation, judgment or discretionary actions.
  • Performs entry level secretarial and clerical duties requiring limited experience and minimal knowledge of organizational policies and practices.
  • Maintains inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Sets up and maintains all office files.
  • Answers routine correspondence and routes mail to the appropriate persons. Composes, prepares, edits and proofreads letters, reports and other correspondence.
  • Screens telephone calls and visitors. Resolves routine inquiries.
  • Makes appointments, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
  • Complete petty cash reconciliation, accounts receivable and related financial bookkeeping reports.
  • Typically uses software packages for word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Working with 3rd party vendors
  • Other duties as assigned

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
