Bookkeeper (Part Time): Hudson, Wisconsin
Our customer in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Bookkeepers to work part-time on 1st shift. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing payroll, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting accounting functions to ensure the business operates efficiently and compliantly.
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
  • Process payroll every other week accurately and on time.
  • Submit payroll-related government payments and filings.
  • Generate year-end W2s and 1099s.
  • Complete monthly sales tax and use tax filings and payments.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations.
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial records.
  • Complete job costing and track expenses by project or job.
  • Prepare work comp, general ledger, and financial reports as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation.
Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with QuickBooks and payroll processing.
  • Experience generating work comp reports and general ledger reports.
  • Experience submitting state tax payments and government dues online.
  • Job costing experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
