Job description

The Upper Valley Nighthawks are hiring for the summer 2027 NECBL season! We are looking to fill multiple roles within our organization, including the Trackman Data Coordinator. The duties for this role will include, but not be limited to the following:
*Season runs from May 30 to August 9*
- Oversee the successful operation of all baseball technology systems (Synergy and Trackman).
- Assist with opponent scouting and roster management before and during the season.
- Operate Trackman, Synergy, and Presto scoring systems on a rotating basis during home games.
- Produce custom reports for coaching staff based on Trackman data that are unique to every game.
- Proficiency in coding language programs such as Python, R, and/or SQL.
- Create reports for players as needed throughout the season.
- Keep a running database of Trackman game files.
- Check uploaded official box scores to confirm accuracy in scoring. Coordinate with other league teams' staff as needed.
- Assist in creating analytics-based content for social media including Instagram, Twitter, and the analytics website in coordination with the creative team.
Please note these internships are unpaid as part of a non-profit league and organization.
Housing is provided for the summer for $600
Free meals provided each week via local eateries.
Gym membership included.
