Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.

As a Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales associate your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Drive revenue growth by developing and supporting channel partners through strategic relationship management, training, and compliance oversight.
As a mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision. Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.
COMPENSATION OFFERED:
Our Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales earns between $61,700 - $92,500 + commissions with a total target compensation from $81,700 to $112,500.
