Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a ODNI CIO Team Lead to fulfill customer requirements with outstanding customer service and engagement. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism. Position Summary The ODNI CIO Team Lead serves as the primary contractor lead responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of enterprise IT operations, maintenance, enhancement, and administrative support services for the ODNI CIO organization. This position provides leadership, direction, and coordination across geographically dispersed contractor teams while serving as the primary interface with Sponsor leadership and program authorities. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring successful execution of contractual requirements, monitoring program performance, and providing executive-level reporting on project status, milestones, risks, and accomplishments. Duties and Responsibilities * Serve as the lead, manager, and administrator for the ODNI CIO contractor team. * Direct and coordinate the efforts of contractor personnel supporting multiple locations and functional areas. * Act as the primary interface and point of contact with Sponsor leadership, program authorities, and staff regarding technical, operational, and project-related matters. * Provide leadership, oversight, and management of enterprise IT operations and maintenance (O&M) activities and system enhancement efforts. * Develop and implement procedures to support efficient execution of contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support activities. * Plan, direct, and oversee execution of multi-disciplinary technical and operational support efforts. * Monitor project performance, schedules, deliverables, risks, and milestones to ensure successful contract execution. * Prepare and deliver regular executive briefings on program status, accomplishments, risks, and milestone progress, including updates related to JIMINY CRICKET. * Coordinate resources, priorities, and activities across multiple projects and stakeholders. * Support portfolio management activities, resource planning, acquisition strategies, and vendor engagement efforts. * Develop executive-level reports, strategic papers, decision packages, options analyses, and briefing materials to support leadership decision-making. * Track executive actions, decisions, and taskings through completion and closure. Required Qualifications * Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph * Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on Program Management experience managing enterprise IT operations and maintenance (O&M) support and system enhancement projects. * Experience developing decision-quality materials, including strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings, and executive action tracking products. * Experience overseeing or guiding portfolio and program performance, resource planning, acquisition strategy, procurement activities, vendor management, and enterprise licensing initiatives. * Demonstrated experience leading technical and operational teams in support of enterprise IT environments. * Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience briefing executive leadership and managing complex technical initiatives. Education and Experience Candidates must meet one of the following combinations of education and experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, and 8 years of relevant experience; OR * High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years of relevant experience. Desired Qualifications * Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. * Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes. * Experience supporting executive-level IT strategy, governance, and modernization initiatives. * Experience leading geographically dispersed teams supporting Intelligence Community, Federal, or Department of Defense organizations. * Familiarity with enterprise IT operations, modernization efforts, and technology investment planning within complex government environments. The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.
For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
