Job description

We currently have an opportunity for a Practice Management Senior Analyst. This individual will work closely with the Practice Management team and the Business Analytics team to support reporting and analytics and will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing reports using Excel and Vena.
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Financial Analytics in compiling report packets and support regular weekly and monthly reporting using Excel and Vena.
  • Support testing of newly developed reporting and financial dashboards.
  • Support the Practice Management team with business unit reporting including utilization and key performance indicators.
  • Assist the Practice Management team with ad hoc data requests and projects.
  • Own month‑end reporting responsibilities in support of the Senior Manager, Financial Analytics, the Practice Management Team, and the Consulting Engagement Team.
  • Serve as a point of contact in support of the Senior Manager, Financial Analytics.
  • Draft written analysis on assigned group and business unit performance in support of the Senior Manager, Financial Analytics and the Practice Management Team.
  • Provide support and guidance for Financial Analysts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2–3 years of analytical experience.
  • Experience in the law firm environment and with Aderant is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL or Power BI is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively with end users, peers and managers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work successfully with minimal supervision.
Compensation and Benefits

Base annual pay range: $75,000–$88,000. The base pay offered will vary and depend on skills, qualifications, experience, location and internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and other benefits will also be offered.
