Cricket Wireless Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our retail organization.
This position plays a critical role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent for Retail Sales Consultants (RSCs), Store Managers (RSMs), and retail leadership positions. The Recruiter will partner closely with operational leaders to build high-performing teams that drive exceptional customer experiences and business results. Success in this role requires a passion for recruiting, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
Essential Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for retail positions across multiple markets.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
- Extend verbal offers and guide candidates through the pre-employment process.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop proactive recruiting strategies for both high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media, and community partnerships.
- Support hiring events, open interviews, career fairs, and local recruiting initiatives.
- Continuously identify new sourcing methods to improve applicant quality and recruiting efficiency.
Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner for Regional Directors, District Managers, and Store Managers.
- Conduct intake meetings to understand staffing priorities and business needs.
- Provide market insights regarding recruiting trends, compensation, and hiring challenges.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring leaders on recruiting activity and candidate status.
Recruiting Analytics
- Monitor recruiting KPIs, including:
- Time to Fill
- Time to Hire
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Cost per Hire
- Candidate Conversion Rates
- Interview-to-Hire Ratio
- New Hire Retention
- Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare weekly recruiting reports for executive leadership.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employment branding initiatives and ensure consistent hiring practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service environment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Recruiting experience within wireless retail, telecommunications, or multi-unit retail operations.
- Experience with ADP Recruiting or similar ATS platforms.
- Experience supporting recruiting across multiple states.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
