The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a quick lube service center. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, leading and developing team members, ensuring efficient vehicle service operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and helping achieve sales and profitability goals.


What you will do as Assistant Lube Manager.

  • Assist in managing day-to-day shop operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Open and close the facility as needed.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure all work is completed according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Supervise technicians and service advisors during assigned shifts.
  • Assist with employee training, coaching, and performance development.
  • Help create work schedules and manage labor efficiently.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Greet customers and ensure a professional, friendly experience.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
