With multiple offices across Costa Mesa, Cerritos, Garden Grove, Tustin, Long Beach, Lake Forest, and Placentia, we’re looking for a rockstar Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing, patient-focused team. We’re hiring a full-time Dental Assistant/RDA to support our pediatric and orthodontic practices. Job Description

Clinical & Chairside Support:
Assist pediatric dentists and orthodontists during exams and treatments
Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Educate young patients and parents on oral hygiene in a fun, engaging way
Help with orthodontic procedures (braces adjustments, appliance placement, etc.)
Patient Interaction & Office Support:
Greet children and parents with enthusiasm and warmth
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Maintain accurate records in our dental software
Travel between offices as needed (reliable transportation required)
Work some Saturdays (schedule flexibility is a must)

Salary Range

Full-time $41,000 - $55,400 per year

Must pass a background check

Preferences

Experience in pediatric dentistry or orthodontics
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
RDA license preferred but not required
Fun, creative personality to engage young patients
