We are looking for highly motivated hunters who are aggressive in outbound cold calling, partner recruitment, and business development. The ideal candidate must be energetic, target-driven, confident, and passionate about building new relationships and generating revenue opportunities.
This role is not for passive salespeople. We are seeking self-driven professionals who enjoy outbound prospecting, recruiting channel partners, creating new opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
The Channel Partner Development Executive will focus on recruiting and activating MSPs, telecom agents, VARs, IT consultants, system integrators, and cloud/UCaaS resellers through heavy outbound cold calling, relationship building, and strategic partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective channel partners
Recruit MSPs, telecom agents, IT consultants, VARs, and system integrators
Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales leadership
Build and maintain a qualified partner pipeline
Promote UCaaS, AI communication solutions, and cloud services
Develop strong relationships with channel partners
Track daily calls, meetings, and opportunities in CRM systems
Work closely with sales engineers and channel managers
Required Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, inside sales, or partner recruitment
Strong experience in outbound prospecting and generating opportunities through cold calling
Experience recruiting channel partners, resellers, or business partners is highly preferred
Telecom, SaaS, VoIP, MSP, or UCaaS industry experience preferred
