Lead Voice AI strategy and execution for a national healthcare call center.
Own deployments end-to-end. Less bureaucracy. Fast decisions.
You'll work directly with executive leadership and shape how patients engage nationwide.

What you'll do
  • Lead enterprise Voice AI deployments end-to-end
  • Optimize containment, CSAT, and task success rates
  • Integrate Voice AI into Five9 or similar CCaaS platforms
  • Design conversation flows, prompts, and fallback logic
  • Improve QA, evals, and conversation performance metrics
  • Support compliant outbound Voice AI operations
  • Partner directly with executive leadership on roadmap priorities
Must-haves
  • 8+ years relevant Voice AI or contact center experience
  • 3+ production Voice AI deployments personally owned
  • Experience with PolyAI, Cognigy, Replicant, or Parloa
  • Deep CCaaS knowledge, preferably Five9
  • Strong SIP, CTI, queue management, and transfer knowledge
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services
