The Premier Companies is hiring an AI Project Coordinator to help develop and execute cross-functional projects, process improvements, and company initiatives across the organization.
Location: On-site at HQ - Williamsburg, VA
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
Reports To: COO & Corporate Operations Manager
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve speed, quality, and efficiency. You'll work directly with company leadership to help turn ideas, processes, and projects into polished finished products.
You'll collaborate with multiple departments to help improve communication, organization, systems, training, workflows, and execution across the business.
This is not a coding or software development position. We are looking for someone who can think critically, communicate clearly, manage projects, organize information, analyze business data, and use AI tools to accelerate execution.
You'll help create training materials, SOPs, presentations, reports, dashboards, internal communications, and operational documentation that support stores, leadership, departments, and company-wide initiatives.
If you enjoy building systems, improving processes, organizing information, and using AI as a productivity tool, this role was designed for you.
What You'll Do:
  • Work directly with the COO and Corporate Operations Manager on company initiatives and strategic projects
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to improve workflows, communication, documentation, and project execution
  • Take rough ideas, conversations, or outlines and turn them into organized, polished deliverables
  • Help manage timelines, revisions, and follow-through across multiple active priorities
  • Create and maintain SOPs, training guides, manuals, and internal documentation
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to draft, refine, summarize, and accelerate work
  • Analyze store metrics, KPIs, and business performance data
  • Assist with dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, and executive summaries
  • Build presentations, training decks, and internal communications
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop reusable templates, systems, and workflows that improve execution over time
