We’re a growing food manufacturing and distribution company behind some of the most recognizable snacks and food products enjoyed by consumers nationwide. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations, backend data management, and administrative support.
You’ll play a key role behind the scenes ensuring account information is accurate and internal records are up to date. If you enjoy working with data, staying organized, and contributing to process efficiency, this is an excellent opportunity to launch your career.
What You’ll Do

  • Support the coordination and execution of internal company initiatives, meetings, and team activities
  • Assist with company community outreach and employee engagement initiatives, including volunteer events and charitable programs
  • Prepare, format, print, and distribute operational documents, training materials, reports, and meeting packets
  • Maintain and update internal systems, shared documents, and company records
  • Monitor inventory levels for office and operational supplies and assist with ordering as needed
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications for leadership and operations teams
  • Maintain customer, vendor, and account information for use by operations, customer service, and business development teams
