Job Summary

RM-MCI, LLC is seeking an Entry-Level AP/AR, Billing & Retirement Plan Administration team member to join our office in Albuquerque. We will train—this is a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and wants to build a long-term skillset in accounting and office operations.

You’ll support accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, retirement plan administration, and general administrative duties. Interest in the construction industry is preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Enter vendor invoices and maintain organized documentation
  • Track due dates and assist with payment processing support
  • Help resolve basic vendor invoice questions

Accounts Receivable (AR) / Billing

  • Assist with customer invoicing and billing
  • Apply payments and maintain accurate receivables records
  • Support statements, documentation, and follow-up tracking

Retirement Plan Administration (Training Provided)

  • Assist with routine retirement plan paperwork and tracking
  • Maintain accurate plan records and files
  • Coordinate information with internal team members and outside providers

Administrative Support and payroll

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and general office tasks
  • enter weekly payroll into QuickBooks for 12-15 employees.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational and data entry skills.
  • Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable using email and basic spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette

Preferred

  • Interest in the construction industry
  • Any AP/AR, billing, bookkeeping, or office admin experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage a plus)

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
