ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with Operational Analysis, Forecasting, projections and Business analytics.
  • Maintain information related to EADA and Campus Crime Reporting.
  • Assist with processing purchase order requisitions & Expense reports to ensure compliance with BSC policies & procedures.
  • Prepare and oversee Student balance forgiveness program.
  • Prepare correspondence to current and former students, if needed.
  • Assist with monthly p-card reconciliations.
  • Assist with yearly budget process, as needed.
  • Create, & maintain Expense Trackers as well as Budget Request Trackers.
  • Use of Price Index file and pivot tables for complex modeling.
  • Develop a working knowledge of all student financial aid programs administered by the Financial Aid Office.
  • Work well with other departments to achieve enrollment and retention goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assistance and services given to students.
  • Perform duties in a manner that is congruent with the College’s vision, standards and ethics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your MBOD.
COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an Accounting Major, Finance or Business Analytics is desired.

  • Detail oriented, strong initiative, superior customer service skills.
  • Experience with Banner, Oracle, MS Office and pivot tables is desired.
  • Skills in prioritizing, organizing and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and work with diverse groups.
  • Must thrive on working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
  • Must possess a drive for excellence.
