Description:
As an Accounting Clerk for Ultimate Solutions Corp., you will be an essential member of the Accounting Department, responsible for supporting day-to-day operations by accurately processing financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, and assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations. This position reports to the Accounting Manager and helps ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the organization's financial processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Process and record invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare and perform account and bank reconciliations.
  • Review financial documents for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audit documentation.
  • File and maintain accounting records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must meet the physical requirements necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
