Job Summary:
Echo IT Solutions is seeking a .Net Accessibility Developer to ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines. The role involves performing manual and automated testing, documenting accessibility compliance, and providing recommendations for resolving accessibility issues.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of WCAG guidelines.
• Perform manual and automated testing and document accessibility compliance
• Write reports describing accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills, and presentation skills.
• Thrive working in a collaborative team environment that embraces change and encourages innovation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• C#, ASP.Net, MVC, CORE, Restful APIs Required 4years
• Entity Framework or comparable ORM Required 4years
• HTML/CSS, JavaScript or jQuery Required 4 years
• Azure DevOps, GIT GitHub Enterprise Required 2years
• Automated unit testing Required 2 years
• Developing on an agile scrum team Required 2years
• TSQL language skills working with MS SQL Required 2 years
• Bootstrap 4 or above Required 1 year
Preferred:
• TypeScript/Angular 6 or above Desired 1 year
• Knowledge of WCAG guidelines Desired 1 year
• Experience with Accessibility Evaluation Tools Desired 1 year
• Experience with Assistive Technologies across multiple platforms. Including Screen Readers, Magnification, and Read-aloud tools (e.g., Voice Over, NVDA, JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon Naturally Speaking) Desired 1 year.
