Position: Leasing Agent
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ 85035
Payrate: $17 - $18/hr DOE
Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), once trained rotating weekends as well
Dress Code: Business casual

Job Description:
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting key features.
  • Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements, processing applications, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, applications, and lease agreements using property management software.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to leasing and tenant rights, including LIHTC compliance.
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform data entry tasks to keep tenant files organized and up to date.
