Description:

Responsible to prepare 3D CAD models and metadata entry using Autodesk Revit software, assist marketing team in design and distribution of BIM models.

Job Duties

may include but are not limited to: Create or modify 3D models and metadata entry for use in 3D architectural projects. Verifying 3D models and metadata meet the customer's needs while also adhering to Client's Engineering Standards. Use Autodesk Revit software for storing BIM models, creating BIM models, and maintaining models with product updates. Collaborate with marketing team and peers to troubleshoot design issues along with 3D models and metadata coding issues and discrepancies. Complete projects in a timely manner to meet customer due dates and the team lead's project schedule.Communicate to the team lead any delays or issues that are encountered during a project so that the project schedule can be kept up to date.


Qualifications

Educational Requirements: Required: Minimum Technical school diploma or certificate in Computer Aided Drafting (or 5+ years of Computer Aided Drafting experience) Preferred: AAS degree in Computer Aided Drafting
